**Project Administrator | Norfolk | Part-time | £25k pro rta **This is an exciting new position for a Project Administrator to assist a team with administrative tasks required to deliver a successful project that has received significant international funding. The project aims to generate economic opportunity and successfor the food and drink sector in Norfolk.
**The role**
The Project Administrator will be supporting the Project Manager with the coordination of Innovation Support Activities and outputs, as well as ensuring the compliance with the funding agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all timesheets and salary information is recorded and up-to-date
- Communication support within the project team and between the project team and external organizations
- Maintenance of CRM management systems and records/documentation
- Performing of pre-support delivery and post-support delivery administrative procedures
- Ensuring all project financial and output evidence meets the guidelines of our Funding agreement
- Supporting and regularly reporting financial information to the Project Manager

**Essential Requirements**:

- 3 GCSE’s A - C or equivalent
- Proven experience of working with MS office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of working on CRM systems
- Proven experience of managing multiple tasks

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Business Administration Qualification
- Working on a funded project
- Working with public sector

**Additional Information**:

- This if a Fixed-Term contract with an annual salary of Circa £25k pro rata
- This contract will finish at the end of September / early October
- This role is 4 days a week (circa 30 hours)
- Driving License and access to a vehicle is essential
