Join our team at Blackwood as an Income Officer, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our income streams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring effective income collection, management, and monitoring for all our customers, including supported and mainstream tenants.

Collaborating with the Head of Housing, you'll work towards meeting performance standards set by the Scottish Housing Regulator and Blackwood, driving measurable improvements in performance. Maintaining a high level of customer service is paramount in all interactions. You'll spearhead the digital shift in our housing teams, supporting and delivering changes in how we work and how our customers engage with our online services. Additionally, you'll supervise and direct the work of the Income Coordinator.

As a leader, you'll provide strong and agile leadership to sustain excellent service delivery standards within the Income team. Upholding a positive and inclusive working environment, you'll contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing strategies, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
