**Medical Records Administrator | Spire Manchester | Didsbury | Full time | Permanent | 37.5 hrs | £22,327 per annum**

Spire Manchester is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Medical Records team.

Spire Manchester Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialist treatments in purpose-built private hospital facilities in Didsbury. Part of the award-winning Spire healthcare group, we’re world-class experts offering fast access to specialised and personalised healthcare using some of the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies.

**Working hours**:_Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Occasional weekends will be required on a rota basis _

**Contract type**:_Permanent _

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Taking primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking and storage of all medical records for the hospital
- Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics, and the effective transportation of those records to the relevant department(s), inclusive of filing upon completion
- Ensuring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis

**Who we're looking for**:

- Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work under pressure
- Manual handling experience
- Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided
- Must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy
- Someone who works well as part of a team and able to take on instructions well and training
