As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors to the practice, handling incoming calls and emails, managing patient records, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
* Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting patients
* Process patient registrations, update medical records, and perform other administrative tasks
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; GCSE qualifications preferred
