Office Angels is seeking a talented Fees Clerk to contribute to our client's dedicated team in the heart of Manchester. As a Fees Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the organisation's fee collection process, ensuring the smooth operation of this essential function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deal with correspondence and telephone queries from solicitors and clients,
• Chase payments via email, phone, and letter,
• Process letters and reminders generated by the fee collection workflow,
• Assist with the collection of complex and contentious debts,
• Liaise with Clerks regarding fee collection issues.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail, who can work well in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent administrative skills and are well-organised, we would like to hear from you.

Benefits:
• Competitive salary £25,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience,
