Amazon is currently seeking a Head of Partner Growth, EU to grow our existing subscription partnerships exponentially year on year.
Fuse is an integrated marketing channel enabling Amazon services such as Prime and Prime Video to acquire and engage customers through distribution partnerships.
In particular, this role will focus on driving a growth agenda with our top partnerships in France and EU.
Key job responsibilities
As the Head of Partner Growth, EU your responsibilities will include the following:
- Provide end to end ownership and responsibility for the performance of the Fuse business in FR.
- Setting and implementing a strategic vision and plan to deliver exponential growth targets, with an initial focus on France but with the potential to expand to other core Prime EU marketplaces and existing tier one partnerships (the focus will be on growing existing partnerships not driving net new deals).
- Leading on C-level engagement and management of all Mobile Operator and STB (set top box), 3P partnerships as required in the region.
- Work in partnership with key Fuse stakeholder teams to collaboratively deliver this growth and align on strategic planning and operational roles and responsibilities to achieve this goal. We want you to Think Bigger about our business to collaboratively tie together opportunities across Prime Video, Prime, Retail, Advertising and other Amazon BU and drive step change value with this collaborative thinking.
- Work collaboratively with other internal stakeholder businesses such as Third-Party (STB) Distribution, Prime Video and Prime EU Country Directors and teams, and Corporate Development to leverage established relationships, present a unified vision to our partners in EU and grow tier one partnerships, ensuring they add significant value to our business.
- Act as a 'role model' source of excellent judgement and guidance to the team, leading on complex strategic document writing and strategic direction as required by the business to set and achieve this growth agenda.
- Ensure our business is operationally efficient and effective in everything we do, constantly finding new ways to grow and drive value, without adding increased complexity.

- Fluency in other European languages (particularly Italian, German) are a bonus
- MBA from a top tier business school.
- Experience in leadership of complex, sizeable, multi dimensional partnership relationships within a Mobile Operator, OEM or TV background.
- A deep understanding of the content landscape.
- Experience in Corporate Strategy or Consulting.
