Each role involves leading growth strategy and execution for one of our market-leading brands. We're looking for people who can balance data-driven decision making with creative thinking to drive sustainable growth.
The roles involve:
Owning Growth Strategy. Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans across acquisition, retention, and monetisation
P&L Ownership. Take full responsibility for growth metrics including CAC, LTV, and revenue targets
Channel Optimisation. Drive performance across paid social, SEM, partnerships, and emerging channels
Analytics & Testing. Lead experimentation programs and extract actionable insights from data
Cross-functional Leadership. Work closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams to optimise the customer journey
You'll be:
Experienced in scaling digital businesses, with the bulk of your career in growth/digital marketing
Well-versed in performance marketing, particularly paid social (Meta, TikTok)
Data-obsessed with strong analytical capabilities and testing mindset
A proven team leader who can build and develop high-performing teams
Creative in your approach to problem-solving and growth strategies
Excellent at stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
