About Us
Acid Running is a luxury running apparel brand, based in central London.
We believe that running has a unique ability to transform the body, heal the mind and enrich the soul.
Our brand motto is “For the Pursuit of Suffering” - As runners ourselves, we know that running isn’t all about PBs and runner’s highs, but requires voluntary discomfort and a willingness to suffer.
Launched less than 2 years ago, we’ve become quickly known for our unique aesthetic, cold colour palette, and ultra-soft fabrics.
Now we’re looking to add to our growing team.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for an ambitious operator to help scale the business rapidly, without sacrificing our brand principles.
The successful candidate will be working in all parts of the business to support growth, marketing, D2C, wholesale and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the founder on financial management and growth
- Managing Shopify store
- Supporting the marketing team on media buying and email marketing
- Using insights to support the product team on range planning and inventory management
- Lead point of contact for 3PL/warehouse team and managing customer service
- Working alongside wholesale team to drive B2B growth
Essential Requirements
- Experience in online retail and digital marketing
- A bachelor’s degree or above in an analytical or creative discipline
- An understanding of running apparel and running culture
- A flexible & resilient approach to work with the ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Strong project management skills and initiative
- Self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses, with a relentless appetite for learning
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient enough to handle constructive criticism, but also being brave enough to tell us we can do things better
- A keen interest in fashion, social media and culture
Non-Essential / Bonus Skills
- Regular runner

- Google ads/analytics experience
Job Specifics
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: £50-60k dependent on experience
- Hours: 39 hours, 5 days a week, min. 3 days in office
