MKJ Ignite are absolutely buzzing to be working with one of the fastest growing FMCG challenger brands in the UK. The business is becoming more recognisable and more popular by the week, they’re the market leader in their category and are turning heads of some of the largest brands in the world. They also have a hugely ambitious and experienced leadership team which is driving them to greatness.


The business is now looking to hire a new Senior Growth Executive to develop Paid Social and CRM strategies for them. The role sits within the Growth/D2C team and you’d be reporting into a fantastic Head of Growth which will be great for you from a learning and development perspective.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️You need to have 1/2 years Growth/Performance Marketing experience.

⭐️Ideally you will have experience working for an FMCG challenger brand.

⭐️Strong Meta Ads experience is critical.

⭐️CRM/Email Marketing experience would be advantageous.

⭐️An understanding of the full Digital Marketing mix would be very helpful.
