**The Role**

As a Head of Growth and Partnerships, EMEA you will be working on executing our partner strategy. This will be to develop and manage or strategic Partnerships. You will be identifying and nurturing relationships with partners to drive OutThinks revenue growth.

**What would great performance look like?**
- Ability to identify, source and activate the most relevant partners for OutThink
- Collaborating with our existing partners on deal negotiations and contracts
- Relationships building and effective communication with our existing partners
- Identifying risks and challenges associated with Partnerships
- Internally collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal to execute on Partnerships initiatives.

**What are the key objectives for the next growth phase?**

As OutThink grows as a business we are looking to develop our Channel business. We are going to be educating our partners of the OutThink product and truly enabling them with a sustained partner programme. OutThink wants to be able to qualify the right partners quickly for the next phase of growth and build strategic alliances.

**How will your time be spent?**

80% New Partner acquisition
20% Activation initiatives (cross-collaboration with other functions)

You will consistently achieve your target objectives. Our gauge of Active Partnerships will exhibit continuous growth, and the annual rise in deal registrations will serve as a remarkable indicator of success. It is our aspiration that half of the revenue expansion will originate from the channel, setting a high-reaching goal (prepare to triumph). We are in search of unwavering determination, and to thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate considerable levels of resilience as you embark on acquiring and activating new partners.

4. Taking the initiative on prior projects and building context
