Job Description

We're hiring multiple Heads of Growth across our portfolio of digital brands. With 11 positions to fill, we're looking for data-obsessed, creative thinkers who can drive exceptional results. If you're passionate about scaling businesses and love the challenge of full-funnel growth, we want to talk to you.

Each role involves leading growth strategy and execution for one of our market-leading brands. We're looking for people who can balance data-driven decision making with creative thinking to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Owning Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans across acquisition, retention, and monetisation.
  2. P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for growth metrics including CAC, LTV, and revenue targets.
  3. Channel Optimisation: Drive performance across paid social, SEM, partnerships, and emerging channels.
  4. Analytics & Testing: Lead experimentation programs and extract actionable insights from data.
  5. Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams to optimise the customer journey.
Qualifications:
  1. Experienced in scaling digital businesses, with the bulk of your career in growth/digital marketing.
  2. Well-versed in performance marketing, particularly paid social (Meta, TikTok).
  3. Data-obsessed with strong analytical capabilities and testing mindset.
  4. A proven team leader who can build and develop high-performing teams.
  5. Creative in your approach to problem-solving and growth strategies.
  6. Excellent at stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
