**Job objectives and responsibilities**
- Cleaning Coordinator position supporting morning, daytime and evening cleaning operation.
- Support all Sub-Contracted/Mitie Partner services including (where required); waste, windows, washroom services, pest, carpet and hard floor specialists
- Collate data for monthly MI reporting to client
- Manage payroll process including - WP+, InTouch and Payroll queries
- Ability to motivate team and build morale through training and appraisals.
- Undertake regular cleaning inspections to ensure standards are inline with specification.

Identify and negotiate continuous improvements with the customer's staff and suppliers.
- Source latest innovation to enhance service delivey
- Monitor plant / equipment on the contract.
- Calculate wages and monitor wage variance.
- Ensuring business management and safety procedures are followed and adhered to in line with company policies.
- Ensure recruitment of staff are hired in accordance with Company's terms and conditions of employment and the client vetting procedures.
- Support with any HR issues in line with company policies.
- Key participation in innovation and development.
- Monitoring of sub contractors to include quality control of works in line with RAMS.
- To oversee planned maintenance and periodical works.
- Oversee ordering of cleaning equipment, consumables and uniforms to ensure they meet budget targets and sufficient stock is always available on site.
- Carryout regular visits with the out of hours cleaning operation to ensure highest productivity rates of cleaning are achieved.
- Ensure the sites meet the required SLA & KPI standards as per the contract.
- Manage the C&W/JLL helpdesk system to ensure tickets are completed with their assigned response times to meet the C&W SLA.

- Flexible approach to hours essential.
- Core hours 0730 to 1530hrs Mon to Fri.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Understand attention to detail.
- Relationship building, proven motivational leadership.
- Strong demonstrable decision making skills.
- Relevant HR expertise & understanding.
- Strong IT & Presentation ability.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for the industry.
