We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference Coordinator to join a leading Property Investment company that is at the forefront of fostering creativity and collaboration for small and medium-sized businesses in London. With over 70 business centres and state-of-the-art conference rooms, this is an amazing opportunity to become part of a dynamic team.
As a Conference Coordinator, your role is to ensure that our customers have unforgettable experiences in our brand-new Event Space. Collaborating closely with the Conference Manager, you'll play a vital part in the smooth running of various conferences and events, leaving a lasting impression with our clients.
As the first point of contact, you'll warmly welcome existing and potential clients Your dedication to providing top-notch customer service will create a positive and memorable atmosphere for all.
As a true multitasker, you'll work with various stakeholders, from caterers to AV experts, to ensure all aspects of meetings and conferences are well-coordinated. Your attention to detail will be essential in preparing event materials, such as itineraries and briefs, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
You'll make sure that conference and meeting facilities are in perfect shape, with lighting, AV equipment, and amenities all in working order. Your dedication to maintaining a clean and stocked environment will contribute to the overall success of the events.
To excel in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially CRM, will help you stay organized, and your keen eye for detail will guarantee that events run smoothly.
