Our client is looking for an Office Assistant (Part-time Holiday Cover) on a temporary contract basis, located in Aberdeen.

**ROLE**

This is Temp holiday cover for ASAP for the next couple of weeks - Part Time - Mon, Tues & Wed

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that all activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all involved and to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution
- Ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company Integrate Management System and project specific documentation
- Identify personal training needs, bring them to the attention of the department manager and to take full advantage of the training opportunities provided
- Reception cover will be required for the company on a rotational basis, in conjunction with other office assistant(s).
- Holiday and sickness cover will require full-time reception cover
- Open/sorting of incoming mail
- Distribution of external mail, faxes and internal mail throughout the building (currently two mail runs per day)
- Franking all outgoing mail, recorded delivery, registered mail and overseas mail, maintaining records of all outgoing mail, liaison with mail collection services
- General office duties for other departments as required
- Ensure personal appearance is appropriate for reception duties
- Ensure that the smooth running and operation of the reception area at both sites are maintained at all times, ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and courteously
- Provision of effective and efficient mailroom and office services
- Ensure good team-working relationships with other office assistant(s) and department secretaries
