Full-time role in our UK based IT team, based in Oxford, supporting Offices in UK, Spain, and Ireland. With the flexibility to travel to Offices in UK, Spain, and Ireland.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Together with the IT Service Delivery Manager be responsible for the management of IT Services for AFRY’s users in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain
- You will have an active part in the current team’s transition from technical specialists to an agile IT service coordination team.
- Coordination of both centralized IT Service Delivery with global AFRY IT teams and outsourcing partners as well as local IT services with local partners
- Through continuous dialogue with AFRY business stakeholders in your region, proactively improve global and local IT service deliveries.
- Planning, execution and implementation of local IT projects as well as participation in global projects.
- Proactively build and maintain relationship with the local business and support the IT demand process.

**Qualifications**:
Your profile covers several of below listed experiences and skills:

- You have worked as part of a centralized IT service delivery organization and managed outsourced technical services with close cooperation with technical counterparts
- Record of managing technical services and related components
- Ability to work in Virtual Teams, based across the AFRY World
- Knowledge of Microsoft server OS family
- Knowledge of networks and its components
- ITIL 3 / 4 knowledge and experience
- Socially competent, used to working independently, responsible, and proactive personality
- Good communicator - both written and verbal
- Business oriented and service minded (customer first)
- Interest in working in a highly diverse environment with a cultural understanding
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a must, additional language e.g. Spanish would be a benefit
