- Vacancy ID 13322- We are currently recruiting for a temporry Programme Coordinator to work on site at one of our centrally based departments starting ASAP for approx 12 weeks working 15 hrs p/w and paying £16.49 p/h- Duties:
The main duties of the role are to organise and oversee the logístical and administrative organisation of individual courses:

- Liaise with contributors and speakers on the courses to arrange the delivery of teaching materials, travel and subsistence (for in-person courses, if any), and payment and expense reimbursements.
- Interact with businesses, course delivery partners, departments within the University, and relevant networks and external organisations, including funding agencies, enterprises, etc.
- Interact with (potential) course participants about their enrolment and participation, and in particular registration, payment, travel, and subsistence. This includes making considered judgements about appropriate rates for individual participants within an established framework of conditions.
- Lead on the recruitment of course participants, help organise networking activities to promote the programme, and maintain contact with the programme’s alumnae.
- Lead on the timetabling of individual courses and the logistics of any in-person courses (e.g., arranging dinners and accommodation).
- Prepare and update the digital platform used for course delivery for individual courses. This includes coordinating and overseeing the design and production of course materials and making these available to participants.

**Essential Criteria**

**Previous direct experience of Programme Management in a Higher Educational Environment**
