Are you an experienced Programme Coordinator who is keen to hit the ground running in a new role?

We have registered a brilliant opportunity within a celebrated educational charity. This role will involve assisting with events, delivering presentations and analysing data, among other associated duties. Starting immediately, you will be joining a fast-paced,dynamic and lovely team

This is a full-time assignment (37.5 hours) that will be ongoing for at least 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.

**TemporaryProgrammeCoordinator Responsibilities**
- Working with calendars across multiple time zones to manage the scheduling, coordination, and logistics of internal and external meetings
- Manage the preparation of expense reports; support in tracking and reviewing invoices when needed
- Assist with preparations for offsite external events, including supporting on registration, attendee surveys, and event app builds
- Research vendors to be used for events; presenting findings/recommendations to colleagues
- Draft detailed briefings and other preparatory material for meetings and event sessions
- Collate and analyse quantitative and qualitative feedback from event surveys; setting up a system for tracking this data longer term
- Edit and proofread spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Other duties as assigned

**Temporary Programme Coordinator Requirements**
- Experience as a programme coordinator or programme assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Professional, articulate, and concise oral and written communication skills
- A positive attitude towards all tasks
- Strong team-working ethic and attitude
- A positive, values-based, collaborative working style in order to achieve high-standard results

**Location**

Our client is based in Oxford City Centre (OX1). This means there is no parking available onsite, however, it is very well situated for public transport links.
