**JOB PROFILE**
**Job Title**: SQL Database Administrator

**Reporting to**: Head of Development
**Location**: Remote - HQ Swansea
**Salary**: Up to £50K dependent upon experience
**Main Purpose of the Role**
Dezrez Services, a leading estate agent CRM provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SQL Developer with expertise in Azure Architecture. As a pivotal member of the development team, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions for our CRM platform.
We are looking for a talented SQL Database Administrator with SQL development skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects in a commercial environment. Moreover, you will leverage your experience to mentor and guide the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
If you have a strong background as an SQL Server DBA/ Developer, with a proven ability to quickly pick up and understand and innovate against complex domain specific issues, then this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the delivery and support of robust and efficient database systems.
- Manage and perform full system implementations.
- Monitor systems to make sure they run efficiently.
- Develop database documentation.
- Working with development teams to formulate/ architect database solutions.
**Essential Skills**
- MS QL design, deploy and manage
- MS SQL clustering, design and deploy
- MS SQL reporting, analysis, integration, deploy and manage
- Database design, development and ETL technologies.
- Knowledge and commercial experience of Data Warehousing.
- Excellent Transact SQL skills.
- Adept at developing and refactoring stored procedures.
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL clustering and replication management.
- Experience developing SSIS packages.
- Have detailed knowledge of server architecture.
- Strong commercial experience with XML.
- A sound understanding of json and/or the "for json path" structure and syntax'
**Desirable Skills**
- Working knowledge of C#,.NET.
- Trained and practiced in MS Windows Clustering.
- Trained and practiced in MS Windows NLB.
- Knowledge of iSCSI storage.
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics.
- Working knowledge of MySQL would be useful but not essential.
- Working knowledge of MySQL clustering would be useful but not essential.
- Mentoring and leadership experience would be a distinct advantage.
