An exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Highlands and Islands Airports Project Management Office (PMO) function. The team provides project management support to existing projects, alongside establishing a PMO function to support the wider organisation in project delivery.

This role will provide Project support to various Project Team(s) undertaking projects across HIAL’s varied portfolio of projects including Infrastructure and Assets, Digital Transformation and Air Traffic Service, to deliver the Project(s) on time and within budget. This role will support HIAL projects and programmes as required including the maintenance of schedules and RAID logs, regular reporting, and support for the various governance boards.

To provide co-ordination support utilising HIAL’s PMO methodology and tools and to assist in the continual improvement of the Project function at HIAL.

This is a head office role however flexible working locations will be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders and assist with compilation of project documentation, setting up meetings and the set up and maintenance of project sites (SharePoint)
- Assist with setting up Programme Boards and Project Meetings including maintain logs, taking minutes and preparing papers.
- Work with the PMO team to develop a comprehensive and effective suite of Project tools, templates, and guidance to support the successful delivery of projects.

**You will have**:

- Experience of MS Office Products
- Experience/Awareness of working in a project environment.
- Understanding of document management and controls
- A confident, positive, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,329.00 per year
