What Are We Looking For?

RSE is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our office in Inverness on a permanent basis as part of our Water Technologies and Modular Build team. This is a unique role, offering the incumbent the opportunity to effectively spearhead the delivery of a variety of projects by coordinating with a number of stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions to the water industry.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

- Preparation of site and office documentation as required.
- Issue of documentation to clients and suppliers as required.
- Document control and tracking.
- Managing change requests.
- Preparation of work packs.
- Liaising with Project Engineers, Project Managers and External Customers
- Compilation of project final documentation
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

What Do You Need?
- Experience working within a fast paced environment, managing multiple project demands.
- Any experience within the utility, engineering or construction sector would be advantageous.
- Impeccable organisation skills.
- Keen focus on quality
- Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, building productive relationships throughout all interactions.
- Full UK Driving Licence
