My client is looking for an Employee Benefits Specialist to assist in the management & communicating the employee benefits as well as liaising with the payroll team for them. This role has a focus on employee communications, wellbeing, data, benefit renewals and system support; and advise employees on benefit topics via a communications schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first line benefit support and communication with employees
- Manage the monthly flow of employee data and benefit information to and from the UK benefits platform and payroll provider
- Manage the data required for benefit renewals, for example risk benefits, health and flex etc;
- Work on the annual flexible benefits enrolment cycle in the UK with the benefits platform provider and brokers, including system testing, checking the technical specification documents and managing employee queries
- Oversee the annual holiday trading window in the UK, including system testing, data reconciliation and managing employee queries
- Manage internal employee communications across the UK and EMEA; maintain engaging benefits material and produce effective employee communications
- Provide analytical and reporting support for ad hoc Reward and HR projects and initiatives
- Assist the Benefits Manager with the financial wellbeing programme for the UK and EMEA and work with external consultancies and/or brokers to organise events as appropriate.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Extensive HR Benefits experience essential
- System and reporting including data management.
- Ability to manage a schedule.
