Job Title : Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist
Permanent
Hybrid: London (2 day in the office per week)
This is an Benefits Specialist position with full responsibility for management and execution of the benefits and wellbeing strategy alongside the Senior Benefits Manager. You will play a pivotal role in raising the awareness of the benefits and wellbeing offerings, get involved in a wide range of projects and enhance existing offerings
Review all Employee Benefits work with the Senior Manager and take lead of multiple projects (i.e reviewing health and wellbeing provisions, annual renewal cycle etc)
Responsible for ensuring the online benefits platform runs smoothly and manage changes
Take lead on Wellbeing and Benefits events/ fairs
Work with the Finance and Tax team
Review the performance of suppliers and review vendor relationships
An interest in Wellbeing
