**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Head of Organisational Development and Culture, as Group Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager you will be key to helping Aldermore Group be recognised as an employer of choice renowned for inclusivity and genuine focus on supportingthe wellbeing of our 2,200 employees across the UK. This role is responsible for:

- Leading and creating a cohesive DEI and Wellbeing strategy, supported by robust frameworks and policies
- Analysing and tracking important external trends relating to DEI and Wellbeing and responding with coordinated interventions when relevant to Aldermore Group
- Creating proactive initiatives to drive physical, mental and financial wellbeing
- Working with the ExCo and HR SLT to set diversity and inclusion targets at a senior level
- Owning and driving external partnerships to their full potential to ensure impact and ROI for the Group (e.g. 30% Club: Moving Ahead, Women in Finance Charter, Involve People)
- Working with the Colleague Experience & Engagement Partner to identify touch points within the employee journey to ensure that moments that matter promote inclusivity, positive health and wellbeing and measure and assess wellbeing across the organisation
- Leading the Employee Resource Groups to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate regular DEI and Wellbeing sessions, utilising external resources and speakers where required
- Building and developing a network of Wellbeing Champions across the group to act as ambassadors for wellbeing and inclusion
- Representing the People team as part of the D&I work streams to provide expert input and advice and to ensure consistency and alignment of approach across the group to help create an inclusive environment
- Working with the Reward Partner to review, evaluate colleague benefits and look to optimise the support and impact they provide to the wellbeing of colleagues
- Identifying and building relationships with trusted external partners who can support Aldermore Group’s People Strategy
- Coaching and educating managers and colleagues on the value of positive health and wellbeing and an inclusive environment
- Working with Internal Communications to raise awareness and engagement and to celebrating diversity and wellbeing through different internal communication channels and organised events
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and the return on investment provided by wellbeing and inclusion interventions
- Analysing and identifying trends in people data provided to inform wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, and supporting interventions to improve business performance, effectiveness and diversity
- Continuously develop and grow self, the team and organisation

**About you**
- Strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Experience of working with different organisations or client groups would be highly desirable, demonstrating variety and agility of thought
- Demonstrable experience of wellbeing and inclusion activities, with capability around supporting organisations in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to build relationships and gain credibility at all levels of the organisation
- Strong ability to challenge and influence
- Experience of developing and supporting culture change programmes through wellbeing and inclusion activities
- Clear commercial mindset and focus with an entrepreneurial approach to getting things done
