UK benefits specialist, to project manage an annual enrolment process for a flexible benefits programme.
As part of a wider EMEA benefits team, you will work with a team of benefits specialists, actuaries and consultants to support the oversight and implementation required to lead a Flex Benefits implementation & support on a Wellbeing effort.

The role will encompass vendors across the EMEA region and will work with partners in HR, Benefits & external technology vendors.

Flex Benefits
- Managing the implementation & end to end Flex programme
- Working with key stakeholders and partnering with a technology vendor

Health & Wellbeing
- Support with annual Health and Wellbeing Projects
- Support the management of UK Healthcare Trust and Ireland Healthcare including:

- Supporting on the co-ordination of healthcare metrics dashboard

**Skills**:
- Experience as a benefits specialist, who has run an annual enrolment process for a flexible benefits programme.
- Excellent analytical skill set to be able to use data to drive decisions, support business cases and monitor performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to navigate across a matrix organisation
