**2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**

**Asiana Airline London Branch **is recruiting for an airline and/or travel industry experienced person, with job vacancies available at Asiana Airlines London Office.

**Main work**
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Airline and travel industry experience desirable
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy under pressure
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Speaking Korean & well-known Korean Culture would be an advantage.
- Handling ticketing and reservation for FIT, Group bookings
- Handle flight irregularity, flight management, Q check
- Handle SC to agents and passengers
- Follow up/ facilitate Reservation & Ticketing’s activities.
- Handling customers’ claims, requests; making proposals to improve Asiana Airlines’ services from customers’ feedback.

**3. SALARY & BENEFITS**

- Annual Salary: Negotiable
- Recruitment: Full-time
- Working hours: 8 hours/ 5 days
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Holiday: 24days

**4. PROCESS**
- 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
- 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
