**Job Title: Reservations Coordinator**

Parkside Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join a client in Hayes.

You will be responsible for managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to guarantee a smooth travel process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our coach services.
- Assist customers in making reservations, addressing special requests, and ensuring a positive booking experience.
- ** Reservation Management**:

- Handle end-to-end reservation processes, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
- Maintain an organised system for recording and tracking reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- ** Communication**:

- Liaise with passengers to confirm travel details and provide relevant information.
- Collaborate with drivers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- ** Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally.
- Provide solutions to challenges that may arise before or during the travel period.
- ** Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations, ensuring accessibility for reference and reporting purposes.
- Generate reports as needed for management to track reservation trends and analyse performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems (preferred but not mandatory).
