Finance Administrator

Support the Commissioning and Operational teams with administrative support for ongoing contract management and provider relationships.
Support with the administration of the annual fee review process.
Deliver work in a timely manner ensuring adherence to National Framework timescales.
Support the teams with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary.
Contribute to the development of market management.
Communicate on a daily basis, both verbally and in writing with colleagues, care providers and other health and social care agencies.
Develop good working relationships with care providers, Local Authority colleagues and colleagues from other NHS bodies and client families.
Generate and issue Individual Placement Agreements.
Contribute to effective information management within the team.

This is a key role within a strong and supportive team and is an exciting opportunity for an individual to play a key part in successfully delivering important services for NHS Hamhire and Isle of Wight ICB.
It is essential that you are educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and havean excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel utilising thisskill toproduce and interpret reports. You should anexcellentcommunicator, be self-motivated, highly organised, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
