**_ To assist in recording and retrieving financial details, including managing and maintain the invoicing, maintaining financial records, processing payments and any ad hoc duties._**:

**Duties and responsibilities**:
- To support the finance team with the daily tasks
- Maintaining the booking in/out of stock through Sage and the CRM system daily
- Raising all invoicing and ensuring we are compliant with the finance company requirements
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
- Investigate and report any invoicing discrepancies
- Support with Monthly stock takes
- Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required
- Other duties as delegated by the FC or any other person designated in their absence
- You will be trained in all areas in the finance department to cover the team during absence
- Provide ad hoc reports as required
