We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join our Finance team and manage all of the mobile stock for the business.

Finance and Stock experience would be a bonus but your organisational skills are what's important, if you have strong experience in administration we can help you develop and learn the tools needed to be a Finance Administrator.

What will you be doing?
- Managing and processing orders for telecoms products daily
- Regularly communicating with Project Managers and Heads of Department to keep them informed on stock availability
- Booking stock in and out through Sage and our in house CRM
- Identifying any changes in purchasing patterns and advising on any action we need to take to ensure we can continue to deliver stock to our customers
- Raising invoices to customers via Sage and updating our internal systems
- Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Answering queries from internal staff and customers regarding invoicing and stock
- Managing stock audits for all mobiles and accessories

What are we looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel as you will spend a lot of time using it
- Unbeatable organisation skills
- Experience in an administration role, if it's in Finance or Stock that's a bonus
- The ability to think on your feet and make sound business decisions if required
