Page Personnel is partnering with an exciting new financial services company who are looking for a Banking Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
**Client Details**
Our client is a highly successful financial services business who have seen rapid growth in the last 12 months and expanded to Fareham. They will require travel to their offices but do offer a hybrid model of working.
**Description**
As the Banking Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Inter company transactions
- Extract monthly interest charges and post into the ledger
- Banking platform administration
- Balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts
- Manage direct debits and standing orders
- Weekly accounts payable and expense payment runs
- Assisting the Treasury manager with maintaining bank mandates
**Profile**
To be successful for the Banking Administrator role, you must:
- Have knowledge of processing payments
- Have worked in a similar role
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be willing to learn new skills and be able to adapt
