Banking Administrator
- Permanent role £20,000 - £25,000

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a successful business that have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Fareham and do require travel to their offices but also offer hybrid working.

As the Banking Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for the administration of Banking platforms that Clients use for their bank accounts.
- Setting up user access and authorised signatories for internal & external clients on their relevant banking platforms.
- Maintain the user and authorise banking access log.
- Perform regular banking platform reconciliation escalating any anomalies.
- Assist in appropriate projects that arise within the Client Operations department.
- Liaise with banking relationships manager to resolve any access queries.
- Monitoring changes authorised signatory lists adding and removing users access as applicable.
- Be responsible for completion of any mandatory training sessions assigned to you that arise from time to time, within the applicable deadlines.
- Support wider Operations teams with day to day tasks, during high volume periods

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful for the Banking Administrator role, you must:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Proactive approach to work
- Happy to learn and pick up new skills
