Business Support Administrator

We are looking to recruit a business support administrator, we need someone who is seeking a new opportunity to work in a professional working environment that is full time office based.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound calls and assist team members as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Support the team with computerized tasks using internal software
- Assist in managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Conduct efficient typing tasks for documentation and correspondence purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for easy access to information when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic clerical duties such as filing, typing, and office management.
