General Administration Assistant

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:00

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as a General Administration Assistant. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various administrative functions. This position will require proficiency managing customer databases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including but not restricted to managing correspondence, handling phone calls.
- Assist with maintaining and organising physical and electronic files, ensuring efficient document management.
- Manage and update customer databases, contact collection, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as memos, newsletters, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing logistics.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents by collecting and analysing information, formatting content, and proofreading for accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and provide administrative support as required.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE C and above or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with customer database management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
