**Job responsibilities**

Working as a Trainee Marketplace Administrator your role will include:

- Assisting in the day to day running of the marketplaces that Draper are present on.
- Creating and monitoring tickets on marketplace channels.
- Optimizing product listings on marketplaces, including new and existing products.
- Ensuring all product listings are up to date and accurate, with a focus on reducing customers complaints and returns.
- Ensuring all content is customer focused.
- Assisting in all new marketplace product creation and maintenance.

**Skills required**
- An interest in ecommerce and marketplaces
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Motivated to work on your own initiative without needing direction, whilst working to deadlines.
- Confident with MS Office and an interest in learning new systems
