The Company

Established in 2001, Aqua design, supply and install innovative temperature control solutions, across the UK. Our Sales, Hire and Service teams support customers from every industry sector, whether they are looking to purchase, hire or maintain equipment. Products include process chillers, adiabatic, dry air & free coolers, cooling towers, temperature control units, boilers, air conditioning units and portable heaters. The Company has a clearly defined growth plan over the coming years which will offer employees training and development opportunities. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our current team.

**Main Duties**:
Maintain HR Information Systems, BreatheHR to ensure information is accurate and current.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form as necessary.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, e.g absence and employee turnover.
Assist in talent acquisitions and recruitment processes and onboarding (e.g IT ) including apprentice funding etc.
Plan and diarise employee inductions and help organise training and development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as holiday, pay and resolve issues that may arise.
Support employees in regarding to complaints or conflicts.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Organise quarterly and annual performance reviews and maintain records via BreatheHR.
Enhance employee engagement by resolving issues promptly.
Regularly review benefits offering to keep the business competitive in the marketplace.
Conduct an annual employee survey to monitor engagement.
Undertake exit interviews as necessary.
Ensure compliance with employment law including the Equality Act.
Assist with Medical Insurance, including annual renewal and other employee benefit enrolments in conjunction with the finance team.
Manage Fleet administration, including provision for new employees, quotations, renewals, off hires, tolls and insurance.
Maintain iHasco training suite and the ACL training matrix.
Provide timely payroll information to the finance team each month including starters, leavers, contract changes and private fuel usage.
Coordinate Company Newsletter in conjunction with Marketing.

**Essential Skills & Person Specification**:
A qualification in Human Resources
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Employment Type

Part-time (30 hours a week, days negotiable)
