You’ll be part of a team that are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices through the purchase ledger.

**About The Role**

You’ll be liaising with suppliers and internal teams, building relationships, and resolving any queries on invoices and payments.

We encourage you to constructively challenge and improve the systems we use, where needed, and work collaboratively with others to find effective ways of working.

Other specific tasks include:

- Using high attention to detail you will be required to review and approve purchase invoices to ensure accuracy of the ledger.
- Processing supplier and staff expenses payment runs
- Processing one off / emergency payments to our suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process the reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Production of bank statement reports for other team members.

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this position, you will need to:

- Have the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
- Display a high level of professionalism and organisational skills,
- Maintain confidentiality as necessary.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficient in the use Microsoft Office.
- Experience of working with financial systems such as Sage
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics desirable
- Exposure to fast pace financial reporting requirements.
