We are seeking a skilled Key Accounts Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to our customers and work closely with the KAE's and National Account Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all accounts data is updated, providing support and liaising between the customer and internal teams, and escalating to appropriate managers and directors if necessary.
Job Responsibilities- Provide support and liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure any KPIs or Service Level Agreements on the accounts are met.
- Ensure all accounts data is updated and maintained in accordance with contract requirements.
- Answer the phone when call volumes exceed normal levels or when assigned to overflow.
- Upload documents to customer-specific portals in line with their contract requirements.
- Maintain information on customer comments in NAV and on all intranet/SharePoint platforms.
- Understand Fire Security Products to assist in account management and enhance customer perceptions of Churches Fire.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
