About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our customers and working closely with the KAE's and National Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and liaison with customers and internal teams to ensure KPIs and Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Update and maintain accounts data in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Handle phone calls during peak periods or as assigned to overflow.
  • Upload documents to customer portals in line with contract specifications.
  • Maintain customer comment records in NAV and intranet/SharePoint platforms.
  • Develop knowledge of Fire Security Products to enhance customer relationships.

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.
