We are excited to be recruiting for an **Accounts Administrator **on behalf of our client based in Southampton. This is a permanent full-time position with a possibility for Hybrid working.
**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:
- In this role you will be maintaining the accuracy of the Company’s Purchase Ledger.
- Management of the Purchase Ledger inbox.
- Ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Production of bank statement reports for other team members.
- Review and approve purchase invoices to ensure accuracy of the ledger.
- Processing one off supplier payments.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams on payment and invoice queries.
**About you**
- Good understanding of accounts payable.
- Experience of accounting packages.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Planning, organising and prioritising workload.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
