Keep HR files updated through an adequate filing system
- Support data integrity and maintenance of appropriate HRIS and processes. Act as a point of contact for employees on ADP-related queries.
- Update existing HR paper-based processes to a digital workflow as required
- Take responsibility for own, and HR-related, administration
- Keep track of visitors onsite, ensuring communications and passes are up to date
- Act as focal point for HR communcation on site and improve current methods towards best in class status
- Develop a system for tracking the completion of required disciplinary investigations. Track, monitor, and report on disciplinary investigations and outcomes.
- Provide payroll app support for users
- Complete monthly holidays checks.
- Process site paternity leave and bereavement leave, including providing the HR Professional with the associated figures for payroll each month, tracking compliance and sending out relevant communications to the employee.
- Understand HR KPIs - assist the HR team in the continous improvement of the site
- Increase the utilization of the Hub
- Support, control and review plant newsletters
- Exploration and innovation through technology for communciating and engaging employees
- Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including distrubuting and tracking completion of relevant onboarding documents.
- Track annual performance reviews/appraisals
- Assist HR professionals with daily tasks
- Support the Learning & Development process
- Engage in the CI process and day-to-day activities to reduce cost
- Coordinate and support plant engagement survey and action planning
- Third party contract management - provide point of contact for workwear and raise purchase orders
- 12 month project: communicate company values, policies and rules to new and existing employees through the introduction of a company handbook
