**Hours and Salary**
18 - 30 hours per week, flexible on days and hours worked, must be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
Salary - £13.50 per hour (FTE £28,000.00pa)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing CV's, and scheduling interviews.
- Overall responsibility for the full employee life-cycle process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. _We use People HR._
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Assist with employee relations by answering employee questions and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
**Skills**
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organising documents, and managing calendars.
- Experience working with HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
