**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to provide the highest quality HR support and to ensure efficient and friendly recruitment, selection and onboarding. You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately with attention to detail, good communication and IT skills.

You can develop your career in Human Resources and Recruitment with us as we expand our business here in the UK and Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring an excellent level of HR support is provided to the organisation
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process including, preparing adverts, telephone screening, note taking in interviews, preparing employment contracts and processing pre-employment checks.
- HR Administration
- Accurately update and maintain internal databases and HR records
- Assist with all aspects of payroll, including calculating salary, commission, and bonuses payments, calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with handling grievance and disciplinary matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Responding to internal and external HR related enquiries
- Accurate reporting of MI data

**Skills & Experience**
- First and foremost, you will be a real people person
- HR administration / recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT skills, Microsoft Office and excel is key
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- To work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Ability to be confidential and handle sensitive information
