Admin Assistant

Reporting to the Practice Manager you will provide a professional and comprehensive administration service to a team of GPs and nurses.
The Role:
- Carry out all administration duties
- Provide customer service including reception duties
- Manage your time effectively, prioritising work to meet demands
- Liaise with relatives and patients
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Significant administrative experience is essential
- Good working knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience of working in a medical environment and reception is desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- Great team player
