Jenson Fisher are delighted to once again be partnering with our long established client to recruit a permanent, full-time Accounts and Admin Assistant in a role that has been created as a result of sustained business growth. Reporting into the SeniorManagement Team, the Accounts & Admin assistant will be responsible for a diverse and interesting workload split across both the Finance and Commercial departments.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

- Reconciling invoices to Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Notes.
- Process "non-PO" invoices for approval.
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics and other key contacts within the business regarding accounts issues.
- Updating and maintaining excel project sheets.
- Providing holiday cover for an additional Accounts Assistant with whom the job is shared
- Assisting the Commercial and Operations departments with any administrative requirements
- General accounts support as required.
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be Flexible and well organised - this is key when working across multiple departments of the business.
- Generally proficient in IT including MS Excel
- Full UK driving licence and car access
