As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:

- Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
- Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.
- Forget sales targets, and enjoy the freedom to do what’s right.

“Selby is a growing market town and the branch is a busy hive of activity. We believe that we deliver the best service in town as we consistently support our customers with their needs at first point of contact. A key part of this role is educating our customers on the complimentary services available on our website and app so we are looking for someone who is keen to proactively assist our customers on this journey.

We have established links with local schools and enjoy going out of the branch to deliver our money minds and career minds events which brings variety to the role. We also support our head office departments with their in-bound calls and there are many other wider business opportunities that aid colleague development.

The branch is located centrally in the East Yorkshire Area and so we often support our colleagues in other branches and as a result feel proud to be part of a wider area team.
