Customer Service Director

Edmund Optics is seeking a Customer Service Director to lead our EMEA team. This role involves managing the Product Support Team to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and product support, with a minimum of three years' experience. They will be knowledgeable about sales and support processes, fluent in English, and willing to travel occasionally.
The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension scheme, private medical & dental insurance, and extensive training and development opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Product Support Team to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Efficiently manage Sales & Applications Engineers to provide adequate phone, email, and chat coverage.
- Support the Product Support Team with complex technical inquiries as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer journey.
