Customer Service Coordinator

**Who We Are**
Uniglad Ingredients specialises in the distribution of starches, sweeteners and sugars to the food manufacturing industry.
**Role Purpose**
Working as part of the Uniglad Sales Team, reporting directly to the Business Development Director the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent service by ensuring all queries and orders and processed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for potential, new and existing customers and ensuring that all queries and orders are processed in a timely manner. Ideally the Customer Service Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
Processing orders, sample requests and returns in an accurate and timely manner in line with customer requirements
Working closely with our Scheduling Team to ensure a seamless flow from point of order to the delivery of goods to our customers
Creating customer accounts and contracts on our Sage 200 order system in conjunction with Sales Managers, whilst also liaising closely with other external supply partners
Building strong working relationships with potential, new and existing customers
Maintaining and updating order records, monitoring forecast and stock levels against contract volumes and requirements
Providing administrative support to Sales Team as required
**Skills & Knowledge**
Previous experience working in a demanding/fast-paced Customer Services Team
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise workload
Exceptional attention to detail, including accurate and precise data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Sage 200 order processing system (preferred)
Ability to work as part of a team, in hectic but fun environment
