We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Inspections and Maintenance team. As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the team by handling important administrative tasks such as preparation of quotations, order processing and acting as an integral part of the I&M Service Team.

You will be accountable for increasing quotation volume and win rate to help the organisation achieve its financial goals. You will also be a point of contact for some key accounts as well as general customer support and assist the overall team in their duties relating to claims; spare part sales and playground inspection reports.

**Main duties**
- To assist in carrying out all administration processes to support the preparation of customer quotations including collating information for the preparation of tenders
- Suggesting and implementing improvements that will make the department more efficient and productive
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Service Manager

**Skills and experience**
- Administration experience essential
- Relevant software competence (Word/Excel/CRM)
- Excellent data entry skills
- Financial awareness
- Must have a flexible approach to working
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
- Relationship building skills - in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required.
- Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines
- Customer care - Capable of delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices.

**Salary**: £23,400.00 per year
