Salesperson

Job Summary:
PWM are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Your goal will be to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

**Duties**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports

**Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Salesperson or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
