**Job purpose**:
To provide a professional customer service function at all times to our organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

- Sales administration processing, including handling enquiries; orders; sales processing, and; handling credits
- Have an awareness of sale demand, production and stock availability to meet customer orders
- Maintain customer contact and relationships;
- Develop contacts in the customer base;
- Data input and management;
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint and to have attention to detail & high level of accuracy.
- Experience of using Sage;
- Performance reporting on Brenntag, HFSA & sale orders; and
- Ad-hoc reporting as required by Senior Management.

**Other**:

- Ensure compliance with all contractual employment obligations.
- Ensure compliance with our ISO standards.
- Knowledge of the effective utilisation of data.
- Fully participate in the company's performance management and development programmes.
- Maximise own ability to produce quality work, on time, and to brief, utilising best skills and available technology.
- Work in accordance with the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

**Person Specification**:

- Customer Service Experience within a Chemical manufacturing industry
- Must have excellent communication - written and verbally.
- Willingness to travel across the region, and nationally, if required.

Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Company Benefits: 25 Days Holiday per annum, cycle to work scheme open twice a year, company pension, life insurance, EAP Service, Private Medical Insurance, additional payment and long service days after 5 years service.
